The President of the Washington Aviation Group is Jason Dickstein. As a lawyer in the Washington, D.C. area, Jason has counseled and represented distributors, repair stations, air carriers, and manufacturers. He advises and represents clients on matters concerning regulatory compliance and quality assurance. He has also represented a variety of aviation companies in enforcement actions before the FAA.
Jason Dickstein has represented trade associations in the aviation, materials, and construction equipment industries, including Aeronautical Repair Station Association, Aircraft Electronics Association, Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association, Airline Suppliers Association, Associated Equipment Distributors, Concrete Pipe Association, Concrete Pressure Pipe Association, Modification and Replacement Parts Association, National Stone Association, and the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association.
Jason Dickstein has represented client interests and counseled clients on matters before a wide variety of government agencies.
Jason Dickstein prides himself on his ability to resolve client issues in a cost-effective way that supports the client's business needs. Nonetheless, sometimes there is no way to avoid litigation in order to achieve an end. In the litigation arena, Mr. Dickstein has represented clients in commercial, criminal and administrative law matters. Mr. Dickstein is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia, the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the D.C. Federal District, the Fourth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit, the Tenth Circuit, the DC Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been admitted pro hac vice to a number of other federal courts based on case requirements.
Mr. Aggergaard is an Associate in the law firm. Much of his practice is focused on supporting clients with aviation and export needs. He also provides government affairs and legal services for trade association clients. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of New York.
Ms. Brigham is the firm's Office Manager. She focuses on Trade Association Support and logistics and special projects for the law firm's clients. Mrs. Brigham advises clients on matters related to logistics and she manages Trade Association events, like the MARPA Annual Conference. Mrs. Brigham also helps coordinate work done by the firm's law clerks. Her varied career background includes administrative and event planning services for Muzak, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and the Walt Disney Company.
George Ringer works with the firm as an SMS Trainer, and on a contract basis he also assists in firm projects. The firm also recommends Mr. Ringger to clients needing a consultant with experience in repair station, distribution and manufacturing quality systems.
